After purchase, it takes approximately 1-2 business days for your package to arrive in Germany via DHL. If you live in another country, delivery takes approximately 2-8 business days. Please note that the delivery time always depends on your location and the postal services in your country.

We offer shipping at a flat rate with tracking. The more you spend, the more of a discount we can offer on shipping costs. (See more detailed information below).

Please make sure that you have provided your complete address and all details correctly so that no delivery problems occur.

Once you have placed your order and it has been shipped, Yasèmia can no longer stop the delivery process. Furthermore, we accept no responsibility if packages are scanned and delivered, or for any additional fees, import duties, or taxes that may be incurred in your country.

In the event of a refusal of delivery: The package will be considered abandoned.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to shipping restrictions related to the current situation (coronavirus) or due to stock issues. If your order is canceled or delayed for any reason, we will contact you by email.
